Daugelis piktinasi naujausia „Instagram“ mada: skatina apsileidimą?(FOTO)

Kalbant apie „Instagram“ tendencijas, kūrybiškumas nesibaigia niekuomet. Šiuo metu socialiniame tinkle sklando mada, kurioje merginos demonstruoja juosmens srities riebalų perteklių. Skamba keistai?

LETS TALK HIP DIPS!!! I didn't even know these were a thing until @sjamesfit made a post about them! In recent years, proportionate hour glass bodies have been glamorized in the media heavily.. but I have realized that I will never have a perfect hour-glass shape because I have very prominent hip dips (even though I do carry more fat in my lower body). There's absolutely nothing wrong with it, but it is one of those things I don't absolutely love about my body. However, I accept it and i'm learning to love all my imperfections because that's what makes us human 🖤 #embracethedips #fitness #fitspo #weightloss #fitspiration #fitnessmotivation #hipdips #gymshark #gymsharkwomen #tgit

The glow up is reaallllll ✨A personal trainer once told me that the only way I could "fix" my hip dips was to get surgery (can you even). These dippies are with me for life 😊 #hipdips

THIS! 🖐🏻 This is my insecurity every single day. They're not love handles, they're hip dips. That's my thigh at the bottom of the dip. My muscular thigh that won't shrink unless I lose that muscle. 🙅🏻 Then my hip is above that. I can't lose much more around there and even when I pull my skin back, the dip is still there. So what's a girl to do? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Don't buy tight dresses. Yes, it sucks because they're super cute and light and flows, but those hip dips got me putting those dresses back on the rack. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have found some workouts that are supposed to help them, but so far no luck. So until then, I'm gonna do the only thing I can-- embrace them. 👏🏻 You win this time hip dips, but hopefully not next. 👊🏻

Normal front no pose picture, hip dips and all. It's fun to pose and show the 🍑 but here is some reality for you. It's hard not to compare yourself to others but remember posing and photo editing is a thing! Also remember everyone has different body types and bone structures when you are looking through insta. I also squatted today which felt good. Ok that is all. ✌️ #selflove #hipdips #gymselfie #gymshark #gymsharkwomen
